To make your tax deductible gift to support the The Stanley E. Friedman North Coast Cleveland WVU Alumni Association Scholarship, please download the contribution form.
The historical value of the endowed scholarship now exceeds $30,000, thanks to generous chapter members. At this level, the endowment can generate $1,300 in investment income per year for scholarship purposes. Continued support of the endowment will allow the chapter to eventually fund additional scholarships or increase the size of the current one. Scholarships are awarded to deserving students whose home residences are in the chapter’s service area. Recipients are selected by the WVU Foundation, in consultation with Steering Committee members. We encourage you to read the scholarship fact sheet down below and get answers to several typically asked questions. Your consideration of this worthwhile, tax deductible initiative is sincerely appreciated! The program is named after the chapter founder and long-time president.
